I provide both defense and legal consulting services for various criminal and traffic offenses. If the area is outside of my expertise, I can usually refer you to attorneys who specialize in that area.

The initial consultation is free. If you retain me for a criminal or traffic offense, I typically charge a fixed fee according to a fee agreement, not an hourly fee. If the case is one that merits the hourly rate, we make a separate fee agreement for that.

I am authorized to practice law in every court in Virginia, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts.
