
Introducing Kerry Wortzel
Kerry Wortzel has been a member of the Virginia Bar since 1999. For several years, Kerry served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Henrico County, where he managed prosecutions for narcotics and gun violations, violent crimes, various white collar crimes including embezzlement and forgery, and a variety of traffic offenses. Kerry also managed Henrico County’s first gang prosecutions following the passage of Virginia’s criminal street gang statute. In civil practice, Kerry defended major railroad companies from civil liability, and managed enforcement actions associated with Virginia’s public utilities. Kerry has many years of experience working both for and with insurance companies.
